We want to make sure that you get the most out of our self-paced online courses and feel confident that you’re choosing the right course. All of our courses are designed to be easily accessible and do not require any specialist equipment. However, as they are online courses, you will need an understanding of how to use a computer and the internet.
What equipment and software will I need?
Our courses can be accessed on your desktop Mac or PC, laptop, tablet or mobile. All you need is a web browser. You don’t need to install any additional software.
How are courses structured?
Self-paced courses are split into bite size chapters to fit around any schedule. It’s up to you how quickly you progress through the material! Some can be completed in one sitting, or you can spread them out over a series of weeks. The course is accessible 24/7 from anywhere in the world.
When do courses start?
Right now! Self-paced learning means you decide when you start and how you would like to progress. You have unlimited access to the course so can return for a refresher at any time. What are you waiting for?
I’ve signed up for a course. How do I access it?
We have partnered with digital learning platform Teachable to host the materials for each course. You will be provided with a login for a Teachable account when your course begins.
Whenever you wish to access your course, visit NCW Academy’s online learning portal over on Teachable here and click ‘Sign in’ in the top right-hand corner.
