We warmly invite applications from publishers, presses, zine-makers, writers, artists, and writing community groups with connections to the East of England to participate in our City of Literature Publishing Fair!
This year’s Fair extends a special invitation to authors to take part in our Writers’ Salon, a unique opportunity to showcase their work and share their expertise with attendees.
The day-long event will take place on Sunday 24 May, 10am–4pm at Dragon Hall in Norwich, home to National Centre for Writing. A limited number of stalls will be available.
We offer two options for stallholders. A full table is available for a set fee of £20. Full stallholders will also be given the opportunity to deliver a 30-minute talk to the general public on a relevant topic of their choice. Alternatively, stallholders can request to share a table for a reduced fee of £10.
Applicants must be based in or have ties to the East of England (defined as Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, and Cambridgeshire).
Writers’ Salon
Our Writers’ Salon serves as a dedicated platform for authors to promote and sell their work, connect with fellow writers, and exchange valuable advice on disseminating their writing. It provides an ideal environment for attendees to engage in open discussions and seek guidance.
Selected writers will be invited to share their areas of expertise and will act as primary contacts for those seeking advice within those specific areas, genres, etc.
Any questions about the event or application can be sent to [email protected]. Successful stallholders will be contacted by Monday 13 April.
