We invite applications from publishers and presses, zine-makers, artists and makers, writers, illustrators, and writing community groups with ties to the East of England to take part in our City of Literature Christmas Market!
Whether you’re selling books directly or using literature as the inspiration for your crafts, we hope you’ll apply to join us this November. There will be festive drinks and mince pies on sale too!
The day-long event will take place on Saturday 22 November, 10am – 4pm at Dragon Hall in Norwich, home to NCW. A limited number of stalls will be available.
We offer two options for stallholders. A full table is available for a set fee of £20. Full stallholders will also be given the opportunity to deliver a 30-minute talk to the general public on a relevant topic of their choice. Alternatively, stallholders can request to share a table for a reduced fee of £10.
How to apply
To apply for a stall, please fill in the form linked below, which requests details on the following:
- Which type of stall you would like
- About the publishing house/creative project: name, number of staff/members, and where the publishing house/project are based, brief mission statement, etc.
- Why you would like to be a stallholder
- Links to website, social media, etc.
- One named contact
The deadline for applications is 12noon on Monday 8 September 2025.
Applicants must be based in or have ties to the East of England (defined as Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, and Cambridgeshire).
