Join Alex Holmes, mental health and wellness advocate, writer and podcaster, for a friendly and informal online workshop which will give you the tools to write about the issues that matter to you most in an open and honest way.

This workshop will take place online and is open to everyone. Registration is free but places are limited to 15.
