UEA Live: Boiler House Press

Thursday 2 May
National Centre for Writing, Dragon Hall
7 - 9pm
Free

Boiler House Press is a new publisher of fiction, non-fiction, poetry, and everything in-between. They are based at the University of East Anglia, home of the world-renowned Creative Writing MA, and a burgeoning world centre for creative-critical writing studies.

Boiler House are passionate about writing that breaks a mould; that surprises; that plays with-and-between the creative and the critical. They want to open and excite your mind.

They understand the word publishing in its broadest sense; that a book is, in essence, a packaged idea; that publishing is a process through which ideas reach people and change happens. And they believe that publishing can and should help provide a better deal for writers.

This event will feature readings by Boiler House writers.

Doors open for all events at 6.30 for a 7pm start. No booking necessary. Arrive early to secure your seat.
