Join local entrepreneurs and writers for an engaging and insightful talk from Ali Smith, award-winning portrait and documentary photographer and author.

Ali has recently relocated from her hometown of New York City to Norwich. She shares her insights on working from Norwich, drawing inspiration from its people and spaces, and the importance of forging new connections.

Ali draws on her extensive portfolio of work in publications such as The Guardian, The Observer, and The New York Times and her international commercial work. Her observations will benefit professionals facing common challenges such as international work, fostering creativity, and improving communications.

There will be plenty of time for a Q&A and an opportunity to talk to Ali at the drinks reception afterwards. There will be a book signing of Ali’s memoir The Ballad of Speedball Baby.
