Poems, stories, songs and words are all capable of transporting us to new worlds, seeing things differently or of expressing ourselves in ways we might not have thought possible…
In this course, we’ll explore how you can start to tap into the magic of language, find out some of the things you can do with words, have fun, and do lots of writing exercises and games too!
Tap into the wizardry of language — everyone has words waiting inside them, this is your chance to set them free and see where they take you!

James is a graduate of the UEA’s Prose MA. He was shortlisted for The Commonwealth Short Story Prize, won best new writer at Glimmertrain and is a Pushcart Prize nominee. He lives in Norwich and in his day job, he works with facilitators making positive change in the world.
